OIT Help Desk

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) has a Help Desk for all your technology issues.
The Help desk provides supports with software, e-mail, or hardware questions all three campuses.

If you require assistance with computer or system related issues you can contact the Help Desk in a few different ways listed below.

Phone

On campus you can use any phone to dial Extension 4900. You can also call locally at (856) 374-4900 or Toll-Free at 1-877-326-4512

E-mail

helpdesk@ngskmc-eis.net Students can e-mail any time of day and even after hours. The inbox is checked daily and students can expect a response within 24-Hours.

Walk-in

Located in the CIM building, Room 204 on the Blackwood Campus.

Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Sunday: CLOSED
